Interpolate C0 from a pre-computed grid.
Performs bilinear interpolation on a pre-computed grid of C0 values to obtain C0 for arbitrary (z, F) pairs.
z (float) – Redshift at which to interpolate.
F (float) – Log10 of feedback parameter.
zgrid (ndarray) – Redshift grid points used to build C0grid.
Fgrid (ndarray) – Log10(F) grid points used to build C0grid.
C0grid (ndarray) – 2D array of pre-computed C0 values, shape (len(zgrid), len(Fgrid)).
