Differential gamma-function luminosity function.
Computes dN/dE normalized such that the integral from Emin to infinity equals 1. This is the probability density of burst energies.
- Parameters:
Eth (ndarray) – Energy values in erg at which to evaluate.
*params (tuple) – (Emin, Emax, gamma) - minimum energy, characteristic energy, shape parameter.
- Returns:
Probability density dN/dE at each energy. Returns 0 for E < Emin.
